They are a very comfortable product, the softer blue coloured silicone provides extra cushioning to those painful areas whilst an additional arch support helps to reduce the load at the front of the foot. The silicone is hypo-allergenic, non toxic, odourless and does not flatten from repeated pressure.**Please make sure you have a little extra room in your footwear for silicone insoles. Insole may differ slightly from photograph
